Our services

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends children are seen by the orthodontist at age seven. There is an ideal time to start treatment for children with an orthodontic problem. The time is not necessarily based on age, but on the stage of the child’s development.

Certain problems, like jaw underdevelopment, may require treatment at the tender age of seven, with a second stage of orthodontics after all their permanent teeth come in. Whatever age your child begins treatment, we will ensure that they receive the best treatment that they require.

Orthodontic Treatments for Adults

With an increased awareness of the benefits of a beautiful smile, almost 50% of our Orthodontic patients are now adults. Such patients require only minor tooth movement, and others, major surgical cases with dento-facial deformities. Because adult are no longer growing, treatment is approached differently than with children.

Our Specialist Orthodontists carefully formulate adult treatments, after offering their patients different options based on their dental concerns. Many adults in Dubai do not want to have regular braces due to social concerns. In such cases, we offer INVISIBLE LINGUAL braces and INVISALIGN aligners.

Types of Dental Braces

Self Ligating (Friction Free) Braces: Damon

Self-Ligating braces are the modern choice in Orthodontics. By avoiding the elastic O rings used in traditional braces, teeth move faster with less discomfort, and are easier to keep clean. Damon and SmartClip are the leading brands of self-ligating braces that we use.

INVISALIGN®: The invisible way to straighten teeth

INVISALIGN® is an alternative treatment to regular braces, allowing you to smile confidently during your treatment. By using a series of clear, removable aligners, Invisalign® straightens your teeth discreetly. The aligners need to be changed approximately every two weeks – your teeth move little by little, towards the smile you’ve always wanted.

Lingual Braces

Lingual braces are totally invisible as they are bonded behind their teeth. The latest advancements in lingual braces mean they are now very comfortable and works as efficiently as the normal braces. Incognito is a revolutionary system that can treat the most complicated cases. The brackets and wires are custom made for each patient, using advanced CAD CAM technology, thus ensuring maximum efficiency and comfort. However minor corrections can be treated with other simple lingual braces.

Metal and Ceramic Braces

Metal Braces: Traditional metal braces are still the most common type of braces requested by patients. Thankfully, they are more comfortable today than ever before. Made of high-grade stainless steel, metal braces straighten your teeth, using metal brackets and archwires. With metal braces, you have the option of adding colored elastics (rubber bands) for a more unique and colorful smile.

Ceramic Braces: Ceramic braces are made of a clear ceramic material, therefore, less noticeable than metal braces. The latest ceramic brackets are very strong, meaning they do not break very easily, and are more comfortable.

How It Works

Whitening toothpastes

Whitening toothpastes can lighten the tooth's color by about one shade. In contrast, light-activated whitening conducted in your dentist's office can make your teeth three to eight shades lighter.

In-office whitening

In-office bleaching provides the quickest way to whiten teeth. With in-office bleaching, the whitening product is applied directly to the teeth.

Whitening strips and gels

Whitening strips are very thin, virtually invisible strips that are coated with a peroxide-based whitening gel. The strips are applied twice daily for 30 minutes for 14 days.
